I am Zoi. I am a specialist technician in the Psychology laboratory at University of the Arts London. Within this capacity, I conduct seminars and workshops for students enrolled in the BSc in Psychology of Fashion and the MSc in Applied Psychology of Fashion programs at the Fashion Business School. Specifically, I provide instruction on utilizing SPSS, a software commonly employed for data analysis in the Social Sciences field.
In addition to conducting eye tracking workshops using Tobii for fashion psychology research, I assist students in interview data coding and NVivo-based mind map creation for qualitative analysis seminars.
The PG Certificate provides a valuable avenue for acquiring new skills and deepening knowledge through structured academic practices like observation and group work. By participating in these activities, I aim to enhance my teaching practice by integrating innovative techniques and approaches into my pedagogical repertoire. This endeavor not only will enrich my own professional development but also directly will benefit my students by fostering a learning environment that promotes motivation, creativity, and critical thinking. In essence, the PG Certificate serves as a catalyst for elevating both my teaching practice and the educational experience of students.
Thanks for this- you have had a really interesting career so far. The eye tracking in particular is very interesting to me. I wonder if AI plays a part in this work increasingly too. I have to work with NVivo very soon so I need to brush up those skills.

it’s great to receive your feedback. Data analysis is a bottom up process especially when it comes to interviews data analysis.
